RN HOME CARE CASE MANAGER: Salary: $70,000-$95,000 a year

Full-Time

Qualifications: RN (Required)

Home Health Experience: 1 year (preferred)

RN HOSPICE CASE MANAGER $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS: Salary: $75,000-$85,000 a year

Full-Time

Qualifications: Hospice Nursing Case Management: 1 year (Preferred)

RN (Required)

LPN HOSPICE: $40,500 - $51,003 a year

Full-time; Part-time; Per diem

Qualifications: BLS Certification (Required); LPN (Required); US work authorization (Required)
